I just recently fell in love with rockhounding at Pelican Point, Utah! I heard this used to be quite the place to collect Goethite pseudomorphs after Pyrite so I thought I'd try my luck there. I couldn't believe the good material I found there. I only took pictures of a few, but have many good speciments that i'm still in the process of cleaning. Fun place to collect! Attachments:

Great finds.
Road construction several years ago uncovered Goethite Pseudomorphs after Pyrite here in PA. Should of obtained one while they were available.

Nice batch of crystals....great finds. Very inspiring...I'm headed north thru Utah shortly and will be stopping in Delta and heading out towards Topaz Mt area for trilabytes. Thanks and happy hunting
