Black stone with color inside

The yellowish specks are just under the surface of this one and it seems like it goes all the way through cause theres some on the other side. They dont look as bright to the naked eye.

It looks like a piece of Agate or Jasper, maybe a combination of both due to the banding and the almost translucent nature of it (on this laptop screen anyway)
