Laurie and Lizziebird,
You have both made wonderful donations to our school. The kids will love the minerals that you both gave so generously. With what we have and a few that I can kick in we will have enough for a display in the library and a hands-on collection that the kids can work with.
We will have representatives of sedimentary, igneous, and metamorphic rocks as well as a good selection of minerals native to North Carolina and to the Southeast. Thank you both again, Dan ;D ;D
