I was hoping that someone could help me ID this. This came from the tourmaline area at the Hogg mine. While there is tourmaline in this piece, what are the metallic looking crystals. They are almost a charcoal gray in color. Any ideas? Chris said that he had never seen any of this before.

Digging Schorl out of that patch was like digging potatoes.
