After seeing the stone that George had cut, I decided to pick some up at our last show. Here are a few stones that I have cut so far. Both of these are faceted stones. Top 8X10mm, bottom 9mm This stone has been backed with black onyx. 13 X 14mm Inlaid with silver in lapis. 10mm opal in 25 X25 mm freeform cab

Here's another project with the opal. A woman had made these and was selling them at our show, so I couldn't resist stealing the idea and making one myself. Sorry that I can't remember her name to give her credit for the idea.
