I found these the other day in Virginia, but they were on a railroad bed and could've come from anywhere. The host is a coarse pegmatite and the metallic area looks like it has been damaged, so no habbit to bee seen. The pictures don't show the greatest detail. All I can add is that there isn't any corrosion (they are shiny) and I can dent them with my fingernail. Any ideas?
*******Sorry folks. I just realized how big the photos were. There wasn't much to ID the mineral, so I deleted it.
