Very nice. Jeff has an emerald that I found during the roundup that he is supposed to facet for me. He has probably lost it again. Hee hee Ken

That is a beautiful stone. You will have good luck with the Opticon. Opticon has a very good effect on the beryl family. If you heat even goshenite, the clear beryl, for 8 hours or so (at 140 degrees) in the Opticon Part A, it will turn the ugliest fractioned piece completely clear. If you put a beautiful color stone in to cook, it will be luminous with the fractures removed. However, it will not do anything to get rid of the dark speckles and inclusions, like garnets and mica.
