I would love to see more detail. But what I see I love um.. All we need is dark purple. Ok you have the design. Pat has the pretty purple stones. or maybe chunkfinder has a few throw ups.. lol O happy turkey day belated to all.... Jim

ju st finished this one,its about 1 inch and a half tall ,its a crystal of french rose amethyst on a epidot matrix,the green is thousands of green crystals of epidot,of course need a scope of 10x to see them,,,,

ab, thanks for the compliments! I'm sure if you had a faceting machine you'd be cutting some stunners, too. But I look at it this way - you're creating little pieces of art that someone can actually wear. That is a skill that impresses the heck out of me :-) Maybe one day I'll try my hand in setting, metal work, or wire-wrapping...

Ab, I've been wanting a decent epidote/amethyst combo specimen from down your way for a while. Got any that you might trade or sell?
I like the little wrapped piece. That's a neat way to show pieces like that. Want to do some of our SE US druse like that but alas I have far less skill than you with metal.
