I made a deal with one of the members of our club to make him some points if he provided the obsidian and gave me some extra. These are mahogany and rainbow obsidian. Take my word for it on the rainbow, its way hard to take a picture of that shows the rainbow. The mahogany seems to knapp way easier that the rainbow too. The rainbow kept breaking off or left hinges. Might have just been those pieces though.

Man those are top notch. Pun intended. Very nice pieces. For a survival skill or for display. Those will work. Nice work. Jim Sask. If you want to turn one into a pendent let me know we can trade. Ill pm a photo of one I did.

Nice Sask. You sure have been the Energizer Bunny lately. Let's see, last week, after work, I knapped 10 spearpoints, cabbed and wrapped a dozen or more pendants, and made myself a new grinder and polishing machine. You're getting as bad as Ken!

I had to do something other than knapping. After finishing the last of these I took off my glove and realized I had no feeling in one finger. I must push down on a nerve or something. Feeling came back in a few hours, but my left hand was mighty sore the next day. I actually had this week off though so I'm supposed to do fun stuff.
