this one was really weird because it was bright green when we found it deep in a mine but as it was exposed to light it turned into dust fine dust like powder there is nothing left of it now but has had me wondering for a year I cant find any better pics of it  |

Well that change suggest a hydrated mineral... loses water from the structure and changes color.

Is that a photo of it old and dry, or when it was fresh from the mine? Jim

It was about 24 hrs after finding it and it started turning so I tried to wash it before I took the pic it turned completely to dust within 48 hrs
