Hey Jim! I love your wire wrapping. Golf and artifact hunting at the same time. It just doesn't get any better than that! ;D That's an arrowhead, (not a spearhead), and the point's broke. Pic 3 shows that clearly, and I think you can see some flow banding in the material there as well. So I would guess flow banded rhyolite, or just rhyolite. And the material probably came from nearby. I would call it a Badin Triangular, which is considered the "First" arrowhead type in this state, coming after the Savannah River Spearpoint culture. Guesstemated date of 3000 BP. And I was thinking about bringing my clubs to Goodwill. Great looking wrap! Joe
