How about sharing with us where these great specimens came from or is it a secret?

I went to Hiddenite creek two days after a rain and dug into the creekbed about 3 -4 feet. Made a small dam to partially divert the flow and dug downstream of a large boulder.
The Topaz was found farther downstream near where it empties into the larger faster running creek.
Whenever I get the urge to go to Hiddenite, I dig into the sand and rock as far down as my arms and mini shovel will allow without my getting soaked and wet... and always two days after rain.
I have also found a half dollar sized, fossil shark tooth and several coral.
