there is crystal type blades on the top of the mineral alot of crystal blades with the same color..the mineral does seem to have gone through some type of furnace type blasting...

just this peice ill see if i can get more from my father ill post some better pictures of the crystal blades on the top they are very cool but this mineral is a man made type material..thanks dennis

it could be does look to have the same properties but color and crystal depth and dimentions are off..thanks for the update ill do some research..thanks dennis

id go silicon carbide. its manmade and used as an abrasive. aka carborundum
