Please help me figure out what this is

Hi I found this rock? Not sure if it’s a rock or what. But I live in Tonopah AZ and found it on my property (middle or desert). It looks brownish with gold color specks and shiny looking. But If you shine a light one it, it completely glows orange.
Is there a way to upload pictures?
