New to the board, thanks for your time in advance. I found this in a creek in Wayne county, TN and I've no clue what this is. The middle hole goes all the way through and the edges of the holes appear to be fossilized barnacles or something. I have a close up of the holes but aren't sure how to get 2 pics attached.
