I am looking for a UV light, one that I can use to ID and search for flourescents. I am mostly interested in one for the field, either a led, a regular portable one or one that plugs into a car cigarette lighter. I am interested in any type though, from low end home made to a really nice unit. I will trade rough and specimens, your preference for a light. PM me and we'll work out a deal, I have lots of different stuff!

Check out this, Koolaid told me about these a while back and am really happy with mine even if I don't use it much and very inexpensive. I have one of the 2 AA battery types too, it has the same bulb but this is at least twice as bright. www.goldmine-elec-products.com/prodinfo.asp?number=G9589wild-bohemian.com/electronics/avon-mod.htmlThe only thing I did different was I used a 12volt lantern battery. Its nice because I use it on 110V in my display and with the 12V when looking, so I only had to get one.
