![]() [/img]Hello all, here is another rock that I ran across out hiking. I am not sure what it is, i think it may be some sort of agate, looks similar to ? picasso marbe? might be some type of agate. was it very hard when you cut it? i have a whole bunch of picasso marble i don't think this is a piece of picasso. pretty stuff though.

Looks like a hardness of 5.. Calcium Carbonate aka Travertine would be my guess.
